Montage International is seeking a dedicated Manager of Meetings and Events to oversee coordination and execution of group assignments from the Sales Department. You will monitor contracts for guest rooms, meeting space, and catering, ensuring seamless communication across hotel teams.

Responsibilities include forecasting group revenues, reviewing contracts, and guiding post-event billing. The role emphasizes collaboration with the Culinary team and adherence to hotel standards and SOPs.

Formación

• 3-5 years’ experience in Event Management or Conference Services.
• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Delphi and Opera experience preferred; cloud-based experience a plus.
• Extensive knowledge of entertainment market.
• Strong proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Responsabilidades

• Maintain strong client relations and ensure conference specifications are communicated and executed for a successful meeting experience.
• Monitor and manage room blocks and meeting space according to contracts to maximize hotel revenue.
• Review sales contracts, blocks, cut-off dates, concessions, and attrition clauses with clients.
• Forecast group rooms and catering revenues within a 5% variance.
• Prepare and distribute Conference Resume 7-10 days before group arrival; communicate changes to hotel departments.
• Distribute BEOs for group and affiliates 14 days prior to events.
• Collaborate with Culinary team to execute catering events and banquets.
• Establish SOPs for conference service department in cooperation with the Director of Catering.
