Ideal candidates bring 3–5 years of hospitality sales in luxury settings, strong communication skills, and experience with Delphi, Excel, and Microsoft Office to manage proposals and contracts.

Qualifikationen

• 3–5 years Hospitality Sales experience required.
• Familiarity with food & beverage basics, menu planning, and private/group event coordination.
• Ability to effectively communicate with guests, management and co-workers.

Aufgaben

• Handle inquiries, proposals, negotiations and contracts for events with ~75 guests or fewer.
• Schedule site visits and assist walk-in clients to leave a positive impression.
• Sell event and private dining space per departmental policy and procedures.
• Ensure event details are accurate and entered into the sales and catering system.
• Generate and close event contracts including catering and event space.
• Coordinate with services, banquet and culinary teams for smooth client experience.
• Achieve sales goals and close business with creative approaches.
• Serve as client-facing point of contact for all events booked.
• Provide quarterly production data to Director of Sales and Marketing.
• Maintain client communication and act as on-site liaison with operations.
