Echo Communications seeks an Experiential Learning Program Lead to design and manage internships, apprenticeships, and professional residencies across departments. The role reports to Human Resources and ensures strong orientation, professional development, and global perspective for Learners.

You will recruit mission-aligned candidates from diverse sources, coordinate placements, and maintain high standards of supervision, with emphasis on cross-functional collaboration and compliance with

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, education, organizational leadership, nonprofit management, communications, ministry, student development, or related field.
• Three or more years of experience in recruiting, experiential learning, career development, or campus ministry.
• Experience designing orientation, training, or professional development.

• Develop and implement a comprehensive Experiential Learning strategy across the organization.
• Coordinate paid and unpaid placements with clear supervision and goals.
• Lead recruitment from universities and partner networks and maintain a candidate pipeline.
