Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in education, business, social sciences, communication, public administration, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience building and maintaining relationships with employers and community organizations.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain employer relationships to grow experiential learning opportunities.
• Oversee campus recruiting events, job fairs, career weeks, and networking sessions.
• Supervise student staff supporting events and social media.
• Lead training on the Jobs4Hawks platform.
• Track and report experiential learning outcomes to stakeholders.
