The Guidance Center seeks a Student Learning Supervisor to support the Center for Excellence in coordinating internships, practicums, and student-learning across the organization.

The role works with leadership and program staff to ensure high-quality learning experiences for students and interns, aligning with organizational goals. Regular on-site work and collaboration across departments are required.

Competenze

• Must hold full MSW licensure and be able to provide clinical supervision.
• Minimum two years in a supervisory role in behavioral health, education, or related field.
• Experience delivering mental health services to adults and children with severe mental illness; experience with IDD preferred.
• Within 120 days of hire, obtain QMHP, CMHP and QIDP credentials.
• Valid driver’s license required and strong organizational/communication skills.

Mansioni

• Coordinate internship and student learning programs, including onboarding and placements.
• Develop and maintain relationships with colleges and training programs.
• Recruit and engage bachelor’s, master’s, doctoral, and residency-level learners.
• Complete learning plans, evaluations, and required paperwork.
• Implement student learning curricula and oversee onboarding and learning experiences.
• Track participation, outcomes, and program metrics; report to leadership.
