Job summary

Qualifications

• Master's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 5 years of professional experience, preferably in higher education, employer relations, or career services.
• Experience with CPT, SEVIS, and international student employment regulations.
• Demonstrated experience supervising staff and managing complex programs or operations.
• Knowledge of experiential learning practices, internship administration, and student development.
• Strong project management, organizational, assessment, and event planning skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and oversight of experiential learning and internship programs.
• Ensure compliance and efficient processes for the Experiential Learning Agreement (ELA).
• Collaborate on strategic initiatives and technology to advance student success.
• Identify trends in experiential education and recommend policy updates.
• Partner with academic and campus units to align programs with priorities.
• Supervise staff and support student workers supporting Center operations.
