ECHO seeks an Experiential Learning Program Lead to shape internships, apprenticeships, and residencies across our global mission. You will recruit mission-aligned learners from universities, churches, and partner networks, coordinate placements, and ensure strong orientation and development.

Based in Florida with regular domestic travel, you will collaborate with HR and department leaders to align learners with strategic priorities, track outcomes, and nurture a diverse, faith-driven workforce.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Strong public speaking, written communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience recruiting and engaging college students, graduates, and partner networks.
• Ability to design orientation, training, and professional development programs.

Responsabilités

• Develop and implement an organization-wide Experiential Learning strategy aligned with ECHO's mission.
• Build a balanced portfolio of compensated and unpaid placements across departments.
• Lead recruitment from universities, churches, and partner networks.
• Coordinate application, screening, interviews, and placement processes with HR and department supervisors.
• Design onboarding, training, and professional development curriculums.
• Support supervisors with meaningful assignments and regular coaching.
• Cultivate community, care, and ongoing engagement for Learners.
• Collaborate across departments to identify projects and opportunities for learners.
