Serendipity Labs in Carmel, Indiana is seeking a Lab Operations Manager to oversee daily operations, guest experiences, and revenue-generating Meetings & Events. You will lead the Lab team and ensure a high level of service.

The role combines operations, marketing, and member engagement, with responsibilities from onboarding new members to coordinating events and partnerships. The ideal candidate has 1-2 years as a team leader in hospitality and a passion for upscale experiences.

Formación

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Team Leader in a hospitality driven environment (hotels, retail).
• Ability to consistently deliver a high level of customer service.
• Keen attention to detail and proactive support for Team, Members, and Guests.
• Ability to lead and delegate while holding Team Members accountable.
• Excellent organizational skills with strong prioritization and multitasking.
• Ability to work with grace under pressure and adapt to changing needs.
