Job summary

Eventlink Llc is seeking a Field Market Manager to oversee local event execution, staffing, and logistics in the Des Moines market. You will lead on-site events, manage field staff, coordinate transportation, and ensure safety and cost controls are maintained.

Responsibilities include recruiting and developing local teams, managing inventory, and delivering accurate reports while collaborating with internal teams to meet program objectives and client initiatives.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business Admin or related field preferred.
• 2-4+ years in brand management and/or experiential/integrated marketing including field operations.
• Experience supervising employees and managing staffing resources.
• Experience working with budgets, forecasting, and operational plans.

Responsibilities

• Attend, lead, and manage on-site events with local team members.
• Lead client and internal team meetings to ensure objectives, logistics, staffing, and activation details are communicated and executed.
• Recruit, develop, schedule, and manage local field staff to support program requirements.
• Develop and implement initiatives focused on labor reduction, efficiency, cost control and continuous improvement.
• Manage inventory through company-established inventory management systems.
• Communicate transportation needs to internal teams and coordinate resources.
• Ensure program vehicles, equipment, and assets are maintained and compliant with standards.
• Maintain accurate reporting and recordkeeping to monitor performance, inventory, and labor costs.
• Coordinate all phases of event logistics, transportation, warehousing, and production support.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful program execution.
• Ensure compliance with safety requirements, DOT regulations, and operational standards.
• Prepare forecasts, staffing plans, performance metrics, inventory and client required reports.
• Serves as market level resource for event operations, staffing, and field execution.
