Specialized Mobile Exhibits is seeking a Tour Manager/Field Operator to assist in day-to-day management and event coordination for designated projects. You will ensure safe transport of exhibits, set up and dismantle events, and provide timely reporting on results and expenses.

You will build client relationships, potentially oversee contract staff, and drive profitable execution while exceeding client expectations.

Formación

• High School Diploma required.
• CDL Class A license preferred.
• Forklift operation preferred.
• Clean driving record required.
• Medical card or ability to obtain one.
• 3+ years in field operations.
• Ability to operate a vehicle without a diversion program.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure DOT compliance and safe operation of transports.
• Coordinate event setup, travel, and approvals.
• Load/unload props and materials, set up equipment.
• Maintain records and reports for events and DOT logs.
• Interact with clients and manage day-to-day project needs.
• Oversee contract staff to ensure quality execution.
