Job summary

Loud And Live is seeking a highly organized Field Production Manager to support planning, coordination, and execution of experiential marketing campaigns, mobile tours, pop-ups, immersive activations, corporate events, and branded experiences in Miami.

This onsite role requires strong organization, communication, and operational follow-through to manage logistics, vendor coordination, staffing, and on-site execution across multiple events.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in experiential marketing, event production, or live event operations.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
• Experience supporting live events, pop-ups, or experiential campaigns.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends, holidays, and extended hours.

Responsibilities

• Support planning and execution of experiential marketing campaigns and live activations.
• Coordinate activation timelines, production schedules, staffing plans, and checklists.
• Assist with on-site activation builds, installations, and live operations.
• Maintain production documents, inventories, and vendor coordination.
• Support budgeting, expense tracking, and post-event reconciliation.
• Communicate updates with internal teams and external partners.
