WORLDS® is seeking an On-Site Event Representative for part-time engagement at immersive projection shows in Des Moines, IA. You will setup venues, greet guests, manage merchandise, and assist with on-site operations, ensuring a smooth attendee experience in a high-energy environment.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in customer service or events, strong communication, reliability, and the ability to work independently with punctuality and professionalism.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of customer service or event experience preferred.
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to take initiative and work independently.
• Reliable transportation to and from the venue.
• Consistent availability for scheduled dates.

Responsibilities

• Setup & breakdown event signage, tables, and displays.
• Greet guests, check in attendees, answer questions.
• Facilitate merchandise sales and track inventory.
• Monitor event flow and resolve on-site issues quickly.
• Maintain communication with Venue Operations and staff.
