Job summary

On Board Experiential is seeking an Event Operations Coordinator to manage planning, activation, and wrap-up of client programs and internal initiatives. You will collaborate with Production, Creative, Strategy and Tech teams to ensure timely, professional delivery.

The role requires strong communication, brand stewardship, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with some non-traditional hours. Hybrid schedule with travel up to 50% is expected.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in marketing, business or related field.
• 1–3 years’ experience in marketing, promotions or events, including on-site experience.

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, activate and wrap up client programs and internal initiatives.
• Track deliverables across cross-functional teams; update key documents.
• Attend weekly status meetings; capture notes and actions.
• Ensure program responsibilities are completed during pre-production and onsite phases.
• Participate in tear-down meetings and KPI reporting.
• Contribute to internal agency initiatives and offsite planning.
