THE·TEAM is seeking a Senior Coordinator, Account Operations to support regional grocery client activations from concept to onsite execution. You will manage asset inventory, coordinate with brand and logistics teams, and assist with staffing, transportation, and vendor coordination for events.

The role includes travel up to 25% and requires strong organizational skills, effective communication, and a proactive, collaborative mindset to ensure flawless activation deliveries.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience required.
• 2+ years of event production or event management required.
• General knowledge of AVL production equipment, with the ability to understand and communicate basic technical production with internal team and clients.
• Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to take initiative and quickly adapt in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive, solutions-oriented attitude.
• Strong communication, critical and creative thinking, and relationship management skills.

Responsabilités

• Support client activations from concept development through onsite execution in collaboration with the brand team.
• Attend client and internal meetings to understand objectives, scope, deliverables, and requirements.
• Coordinate with the Creative team on event delivery and vendor installations.
• Assist in determining staffing needs for upcoming events; create schedules and layouts for projects.
• Prepare activation materials and coordinate transportation with Logistics and Operations teams.
• Support Project Managers with event renderings, fabrication and signage needs, including measurements and build specs.
