On Board Experiential in San Francisco is seeking an Event Operations Manager to drive exceptional service and execution for client programs. You will manage end-to-end projects, cultivate client relationships, monitor budgets, and coordinate across Strategy, Production, Tech, and Digital teams to deliver successful activations.

The role requires 3+ years in project management and strong organizational skills, with experience in IRL experiential activations.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years in project management, marketing, promotions, and events within an advertising, media, marketing or experiential agency.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a day-to-day client contact or Account Lead to hospitality or enterprise clients.
• Strong project management capabilities, organization skills, attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple projects in a demanding but highly collaborative environment.
• Experience working with tech clients is strongly desired
• Experience managing IRL experiential activations is required.
• BA/BS in marketing, business administration, communications, or related field.

Aufgaben

• Partner with client/brand teams to identify business opportunities and develop measurable solutions.
• Coordinate experiential plans for IRL or virtual execution with Strategy, Production, Tech, Digital, and Social teams.
• Manage day-to-day activities for each project and event, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery.
• Lead weekly status meetings and manage client communications across teams.
• Support development of program SOWs and track budgets, timelines, and deliverables.
• Monitor expenses and obtain client approvals; reconcile project costs with production lead.
• Track creative deliverables through client review and approvals with other departments.
• Maintain organized program documentation shared with the account team and vendors.
• Stay current with industry trends and technologies.
