Job summary

TH Experiential is seeking a Senior Director of Operations to design, implement, and run the agency's day-to-day operating system across client work and internal teams. This senior role leads through team leads and program managers to standardize intake, RFP, delivery, and close-out processes while protecting quality and margin.

You will own capacity planning, staffing, profitability tracking, and real-time performance dashboards, enabling leadership to see risks and take action.

Qualifications

• 8-10+ years in operations leadership in a deadline-driven, client-service business.
• Built operating systems that teams follow and use across the business.
• Comfortable working in detail while guiding strategy and direction.
• Strong on capacity, resource planning, and KPI/scorecard development.
• Experience developing managers into leaders and guiding through others.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement operating framework, SOPs, workflows, and rhythms.
• Oversee project delivery from pitch through close-out to ensure on-time, on-margin results.
• Lead hours forecasting, capacity planning, and staffing for proposals and projects.
• Monitor profitability, track margins, and adjust pricing/planning accordingly.
• Develop dashboards and reporting for real-time leadership visibility.
• Maintain weekly operating cadence and drive accountability across teams.
• Mentor leads, coach managers, and build a scalable operating system.
