Main Event in Grapevine, TX is seeking an enthusiastic Event Coordinator to help guests plan memorable birthday and event experiences. You will partner with guests to create tailored, fun experiences aligned with their needs.

You will sell, schedule, and coordinate events, input data into systems, and work with the Sales Manager to exceed targets. This role requires strong teamwork and excellent communication with guests and staff.

Qualifications

• Prior sales experience is required.
• Guest-focused mindset and teamwork is essential.
• Proficient in Excel, Microsoft Office and CRM.
• Availability for days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Understand all aspects of our event packages and add-ons.
• Sell, schedule, and coordinate corporate, group, and birthday events.
• Input sales revenue and guest information into systems; create follow-up tasks.
• Attend weekly sales meetings and share ideas to support the business.
• Perform opening, mid-day, or closing duties; maintain cleanliness and safety.
