Job summary

The Associate Manager, Client Services at THE-TEAM drives successful project delivery from brief to execution in the Experiential department. You will support the account team, help develop activation concepts, manage budgets of $50K+ and ensure milestones are met for top client programs.

Working with cross-functional teams, you will maintain strong client and supplier relationships, troubleshoot issues, and help ensure projects stay on time and on budget while upholding THE-TEAM’s standards and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 1-year relevant event experience preferred.
• Strong written and oral communication skills essential.

Responsibilities

• Assist account team on day-to-day management of respective accounts and projects.
• Support in the strategic development of activation concepts.
• Manage various elements of a project from planning through execution and post-event recap.
• Develop and reconcile project budgets of $50K+.
• Ensure projects are budgeted correctly and meet financial targets.
• Develop status sheets and milestone documents to enforce deliverable dates.
• Manage client, supplier and third-party relationships throughout projects.
• Create a collaborative team environment aligned with company culture.
