THE·TEAM is seeking an Associate Manager, Client Services in New York to lead delivery of experiential projects from brief to execution, ensuring on-time, on-budget results that meet client objectives. You’ll support account teams, develop activation concepts, manage budgets $50K+, and cultivate client, supplier and partner relationships while upholding THE·TEAM standards.

Base salary range is $45K–$66,300 with bonus potential; the company offers professional development, generous time off,

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 1 year of event experience preferred in experiential, sports or entertainment.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team.
• Energetic, organized and detail-oriented.

Responsabilidades

• Assist account team on day-to-day management of accounts and projects.
• Support strategic development of activation concepts for client requests.
• Manage project elements from planning through execution and post-event recap.
• Collaborate with THE·TEAM account teams to ensure on-budget delivery.
• Develop, manage and reconcile project budgets of $50K+.
• Ensure projects meet financial targets and are properly budgeted.
• Create status sheets and milestone documents with deliverable dates.
• Manage client, supplier and third-party relationships throughout projects.
• Understand client business sectors and media investments.
• Foster a positive, collaborative team environment aligned with company culture.
• Troubleshoot and creatively solve issues during projects.
• Follow processes to uphold quality standards and attend industry events as needed.
