The THE·TEAM is a leading experiential and marketing services agency delivering prominent brands with live experiences and partnerships. The Associate Manager, Client Services supports the project team to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery and high-quality client work from brief through execution.

You will assist account teams, manage budgets, build relationships with clients and suppliers, and help develop activation concepts while maintaining THE·TEAM's collaborative culture and high standards.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree required for operational and client support responsibilities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines with attention to detail.

Aufgaben

• Assist account teams on day-to-day management of accounts and projects.
• Support strategic development of activation concepts for client requests.
• Manage project elements from planning through execution and post-event recapping.
• Develop, manage and reconcile project budgets of $50K+.
• Maintain client, supplier and third-party relationships throughout projects.
• Attend events and conferences to ensure best-in-class programs.
