Job summary

The Associate Manager, Client Services at THE·TEAM drives successful project delivery from brief to execution in the Experiential department. You will support the project team to ensure on-time, on-budget client deliverables and milestones, while maintaining quality and team coordination.

You will assist in strategic development of activation concepts, manage multiple projects, build client and supplier relationships, and help grow the company’s experiential offerings across sports, music, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• At least 1 year of event/experiential experience.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist account team on day-to-day management of accounts and projects.
• Support in developing activation concepts to meet client requests.
• Manage project elements from planning through execution and post-event recapping.
• Coordinate with THE·TEAM account teams to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Develop, manage and reconcile project budgets of $50K+.
