Job summary

The role requires strong customer service, cross-functional collaboration, and familiarity with CRM systems, Office tools, and AV tech, with on-site availability five days a week.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field.
• 3–5 years in a service/support oriented office or events role.
• 3–5 years in a cross-functional or team-based operation.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Reinforce the Experience Center booking process for the NY location with a customer service focus.
• Build trust through strong relationships with peers and leaders.
• Support visit planning including discussions, agendas, catering and tours.
• Prepare site logistics and hosting, including room prep and demos as needed.
• Provide logistical support to Experience and Technical Marketing teams and manage vendor relations.
• Assist in improving internal systems such as websites or booking tools.
