Job summary

Crestron Electronics Inc. is seeking an experienced Audio/Visual Technician to own programming, design, installation, and maintenance of Crestron-powered meeting rooms and demo environments across NJ and NY facilities, trade shows, and events.

You will lead on-site show activities, configure devices, and ensure 100% functional demo spaces. Travel to events is required as needed, with ongoing updates to the Experience Center ecosystem.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of Audio Video industry experience.
• Proficiency with Crestron suite of software and device management.
• Ability to lead and mentor junior technicians.
• Certifications: AVIXA CTS-D, CTI-P101/201/301 preferred; to be achieved within first year.

Responsibilities

• Program and configure Crestron control processors, touch panels, and scheduling panels for meeting rooms and demos.
• Configure and troubleshoot DM NVX AV-over-IP distribution and room scheduling systems.
• Deploy and manage device fleets via XiO Cloud, including firmware updates and remote troubleshooting.
• Integrate Crestron solutions with Zoom, Teams, Google Meet and other UC platforms.
