Venture Solar in Biddeford, ME is seeking an experienced Residential Solar Installer to join our installation crew. You'll install racking, mount hardware and solar modules on pitched roofs, and support conduit runs under the guidance of an Electrician.

The role requires prior solar installation experience and comfort with heights. You should be physically fit, able to lift 50+ lbs, and ready for a full-time, 40+ hour work week with safety as a top priority.

Qualifications

• Previous solar installation experience.
• Comfort with heights/roof work.
• A valid, clean driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Install racking, mounting hardware, and solar modules on pitched roofs.
• Mechanical: handle the structural mounting and physical layout of the solar array.
• Assist with conduit runs and basic wiring under the guidance of the Electrician.

Location: Daily reporting to Biddeford, ME

Residential Solar Installer
