Job summary

J. Allen Automotive in Gulfport, MS is seeking an Experienced Service Advisor to be the link between customers and our service team.

You will greet guests, listen to concerns, communicate repair needs to technicians, and present honest, transparent recommendations to maintain CSI scores. In this fast-paced role, you will prepare estimates, explain services, manage warranty claims when needed, and ensure a smooth service experience from arrival to departure.

Responsibilities

• Welcome every customer with a friendly, professional attitude.
• Listen to customer concerns and accurately communicate repair needs to technicians.
• Provide repair and maintenance recommendations with honesty and integrity.
• Prepare accurate estimates and explain services clearly. Keep customers informed throughout the repair process.
• Manage extended warranty claims when applicable.
• Review completed repairs to ensure quality and accuracy.
• Notify customers when their vehicles are ready and explain the completed work.
• Handle customer questions and concerns with professionalism.
• Partner with the Service Manager to resolve any issues.
• Help maintain exceptional Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) scores.
• Follow dealership policies and procedures while delivering an outstanding experience.
