Fields Porsche Jacksonville is seeking a professional Service Advisor to deliver a luxury customer experience for both internal and external clients. The role focuses on greeting customers, documenting vehicle conditions, and providing transparent parts-and-labor estimates within the dealership's DMS environment.

You will translate technical findings for customers, manage warranty policies, monitor daily repair progress, and ensure quality checks before delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience as an automotive Service Advisor (2–3+ years).
• Strong understanding of automotive mechanical and electrical systems.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with a customer-first demeanor.
• Experience with dealership management systems (DMS), scheduling software, and CRM tools.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; ability to operate both automatic and manual transmission vehicles.
• High school diploma or GED; post-secondary automotive training is a strong asset.

Responsabilités

• Greet customers promptly, listen to vehicle concerns, and set realistic promised times for completion.
• Conduct walk-around inspections, document vehicle condition and warning lights, and open accurate repair orders in the DMS.

• Administer factory and extended warranty policies and service programs according to Porsche standards.

Responsibilities

• Client Relations: Greet customers promptly, listen attentively to vehicle concerns, and set realistic promised times for completion.
• Vehicle Inspection & Intake: Conduct walk-around inspections, document vehicle condition and warning lights, and open accurate repair orders in the dealership management system (DMS).
• Consultation & Estimates: Translate technical findings from technicians into clear, value-focused explanations for the customer. Provide detailed parts-and-labor estimates.
• Warranty & Compliance: Administer factory warranty policies, extended warranties, and service programs according to Porsche standards.
• Workflow Management: Monitor repair progress throughout the day, communicate status updates proactively, and verify quality checks before vehicle return.
• Satisfaction Metrics: Maintain high Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) scores (typically 96.0+ or brand target equivalent).

Qualifications & Requirements

• Experience: 2 to 3+ years of experience as an automotive Service Advisor, preferably with Porsche, luxury, or high-line brands.
• Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of automotive mechanical and electrical systems, performance vehicles, and diagnostic workflows.
• Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a refined, customer-first demeanor.
• Software Proficiency: Experience with dealership management systems (DMS), scheduling software, and CRM tools.
• Licensing: Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; ability to operate both automatic and manual transmission vehicles.
• Education: High school diploma or GED; post-secondary automotive training is a strong asset.
