Jim Shorkey Gainesville Mazda is hiring an Auto Sales Consultant to join a high-performing team. You will build relationships, demonstrate vehicles, and manage the full sales cycle from first contact to delivery.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of auto sales experience preferred.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication and ability to build rapport quickly.
• Strong knowledge of vehicles and features.
• Confident in negotiation and closing deals.
• Positive, can-do attitude and customer service focus.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Availability to work daylight, evenings, and Saturdays.
