Job summary

A First Choice Staffing Service is hiring an Experienced Patient Service Rep/Medical Front Desk for a Monday–Friday schedule in Medford, OR. You will provide patient service, schedule appointments, and assist with billing verifications while navigating EHR systems.

Requirements include at least 1 year in a medical setting, strong communication, and the ability to multitask under pressure. Criminal background checks and drug screen are required.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of concurrent employment in the medical field or hospital within the last three years.
• Experience scheduling patients for a multi-specialty practice or hospital.
• Experience navigating EHR systems: EPIC, NEXGEN or Athena.
• Excellent communication and data-entry skills.

A First Choice Staffing Service - Immediate Hire: Experienced Patient Service Rep/Medical Front Desk

Monday - Friday 7:50 am - 5:00 pm

Looking for someone with at least 1 year of concurrent employment in the medical field or a hospital setting within the last three years. (EPIC, NEXGEN, Athena, or other EHR systems) - Must have experience scheduling patients for a multi-specialty practice or hospital, answering multiple phone lines, attention to detail is a must, and the ability to multi-task/work well under pressure. Strong computer skills, data entry, and experience navigating medical records.

Pay depends on experience: $18-$21.
