Responsibilities

• Promote a healthy work environment.

• Review schedules based on provider preference lists and update accordingly.
• Pre-registration and processing of patient information.
• Review revenue reports to ensure charges are billed properly.
• Collect co-pays and balances due from patients.
• Check in and check out patients for appointments.
• Answer and route phone calls; provide phone support.
• Scan and fax documentation; confirm appointments.
