The Venetian Resort Las Vegas is seeking a skilled line cook to prepare dishes according to outlet recipes and guest requests. You will assist multiple stations (broiler, sauté, fryer, garde manger) and move between stations to meet business needs while maintaining quality and speed.

You must uphold health codes, label and store items properly, and work with a team to ensure mise en place is complete before service. Shift work includes nights, weekends, and holidays.

Competenze

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Proof of authorization/eligibility to work in the United States.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Culinary Arts degree preferred.
• 2 years of experience in a high-volume kitchen.
• Demonstrated experience in a 4- or 5-star resort or hotel preferred.
• Working knowledge of basic kitchen equipment.
• Able to read and follow recipes; proficient knife skills.
