Job summary

Qualifications

• Must obtain/maintain required licenses and certifications.

Responsibilities

• Receive, prepare and delegate food orders per restaurant kitchen recipes.
• Coordinate orders for pick-up.
• Maintain cleanliness of work station and storage areas.
• Control waste via proper rotation, storage, and quantity control.
• Maintain station inventory and par stock.
• Apply established safety and sanitation procedures.
• Assist in training and coaching Specialty Line Cooks.
