We are seeking an Experienced Inside Sales Representative to support pricing, quotations, and customer orders while developing long‑term customer relationships. This role is ideal for an experienced inside sales professional who thrives in a fast‑paced sales environment.

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email
• Generate and follow up on quotations
• Convert inquiries into sales orders
• Provide technical product support
• Process orders, returns, credits, debits, and scrap returns
• Monitor inventory and communicate issues
• Resolve customer service issues
• Develop non‑major and target accounts
• Collaborate with internal teams
• Monitor competitor pricing and products
• Travel as needed

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of inside sales experience
• Computer proficient
• Associate degree, bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience

Compensation
