Rental Delivery Drivers are responsible for packaging and delivering winter gear to guest accommodations. Specialists generate sales through world-class guest service, assisting customers with rental equipment and providing our guests with gear and services for the ultimate outdoor experience.

Job Specifications:

• Starting Wage:$20.00/hr. - $23.00/hr.
• Employment Type:Winter Seasonal 2026/2027
• Minimum Age:At least 18 years of age

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent guest service at one of our retail shops
• Fit guests with equipment - we'll train you!
• Explain to guests how to operate rental equipment, safety practices, and guest responsibility for the equipment during the rental including length of rental and return options
• Work together with teammates to maintain safety standard
• May include other duties such as cashiering, retail sales
• Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

• Clean driving record and ability to drive in inclement weather
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs
• Ability to work a flexible schedule; including nights, holidays and weekends
• Commitment to exceptional Customer Service
• Maintain a working knowledge of products and trends within the industry
• Ability to stand and move in an active, team-oriented environment for extended periods
• Must be able to communicate fluently in English

The expected pay range is$20.00/hr. - $23.00/hr.. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
