Qualificações

• Minimum 1–3 years of retail experience.
• Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Experience with merchandising, promotional execution, and sales floor management.
• Basic inventory management experience including receiving, stock replenishment, and inventory accuracy.
• Working knowledge of ski and snowboard equipment, apparel, accessories, and guest needs; ability to make product recommendations.
• Proficiency with retail point-of-sale and operational systems; ability to work a flexible schedule.

Job Specifications:

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead daily retail operations, including opening and closing procedures, and ensure all operational standards are consistently followed.
• Manage and support sales floor activities, providing direction and assistance to team members throughout the day.
• Deliver exceptional guest service and set the standard for customer engagement, product knowledge, and service recovery.
• Communicate attendance concerns and staffing issues to store leadership and coordinate employee breaks in accordance with company policies and state regulations.
• Partner with operational leadership to ensure merchandising standards, product presentation, and promotional displays are executed consistently.
• Ensure all team members receive and understand operational updates, promotions, and other key communications.
• Verify pricing accuracy and ensure all promotional offers, markdowns, and signage are current and correctly displayed.
• Support inventory accuracy through adherence to inventory processes, stock organization, and discrepancy reporting.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 1-3 years of retail experience, preferably in a lead, senior associate, or supervisory capacity.
• Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service and support daily retail operations.
• Experience with merchandising, promotional execution, and sales floor management.
• Basic inventory management experience, including receiving, stock replenishment, and inventory accuracy practices.
• Working knowledge of ski and snowboard equipment, apparel, accessories, and guest needs; ability to make product recommendations based on skill level and intended use.
• Proficiency with retail point-of-sale and operational systems and the ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and peak business periods.

The expected pay range is$23.00/hr. - $26.88/hr.. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
