Job summary

Vail Resorts in Colorado is hiring for winter seasonal roles at a world-class mountain resort. Starting wage is $20.00/hr with flexible full-time hours and no prior experience required, as we provide training and opportunities across departments.

As a Service Tech, you will assist guests with gear, perform tunes and repairs, and collaborate with teammates to uphold safety standards while delivering outstanding guest service.

Qualifications

• Display mechanical aptitude to perform ski/snowboard tunes, maintenance or repairs.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, holidays and weekends.
• Commitment to exceptional customer service.
• Ability to stand and move in a active, team-oriented environment for extended periods.
• Ability to communicate fluently in spoken and written English.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent guest service while advising on gear condition.
• Perform tuning and repair services for guests with training provided.
• Work with teammates to maintain safety standards.
• May assist with cashiering, retail sales, rentals or other departments.
• Other duties as assigned.
