Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain technical project documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
• Process document transmittals, submittals, drawings, and other deliverables.
• Maintain accurate document tracking, version control, and electronic filing systems.
• Coordinate document review workflows and communicate updates with project teams.
• Ensure documentation meets established quality standards and project requirements.
• Collaborate with internal teams, external clients, and third-party stakeholders.
• Support document management procedures, audits, and reporting requests.
• Identify opportunities to improve document control processes and workflow efficiency.
