Weather Engineers, Inc. in Jacksonville, FL is seeking an Experienced Dispatcher to join our HVAC team on a full-time, on-site basis. You will handle incoming calls, log slips into our system, and follow up with customers to ensure timely service.

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of customer service experience (10+ years is a plus), is detail-oriented, and can handle rotating on-call and weekend coverage. Background checks and pre-employment drug testing are required.

A GLIMPSE INTO YOUR DAY:

This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday, with rotating on-call and weekend coverage.

As our Experienced Dispatcher, you play a vital role in our daily operations. You're responsible for answering incoming calls, entering call slips accurately into our system, and sending follow-up emails to customers. Your strong communication skills and attention to detail ensure that our customers receive top-notch service and support. THE EXPERTISE THAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

• 5+ years of customer service experience
