Job summary

Modern Support Services is seeking compassionate Direct Support Professionals to empower individuals with I/DD in a supportive, team-oriented environment. Flexible part-time and full-time shifts include weekend work and rotating schedules to fit your life.

You will mentor and advocate for clients across community access, personal care, and medical appointments, while collaborating with a caring team and embracing ongoing growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 21+ years old
• Reliable transportation and a CA driver's license
• Background check required
• Experience in human services is a plus
• ASL knowledge is a plus

Responsibilities

• Support individuals with I/DD in daily living and community activities.
• Assist with personal care, appointments, and transportation as needed.
• Facilitate peer interactions and recreational activities.
• Act as mentor, teacher, guide, and advocate for clients.

What You Need to Apply:

• Previous experience in human services is a plus
