Job summary

Vail Resorts in Newbury, NH is looking for a Resort Transportation Team Driver for the 2026/2027 winter season. You will transport guests safely across the resort while delivering outstanding guest service.

As a driver, you must maintain safety, perform inspections, and operate buses and other resort vehicles with professional conduct. The role offers part‑time hours and competitive hourly pay.

Qualifications

• CDL-B with air brake and passenger endorsements is required.
• Valid driver's license and a positive driving record.
• Knowledge of two-way radio use and resort codes.

Responsibilities

• Transport guests in buses and other resort vehicles on scheduled routes.
• Drive bus in all weather and road conditions while ensuring safety.
• Complete pre‑ and post‑trip inspections of vehicles.
• Maintain vehicle knowledge, including fluids, fueling and safety systems.
• Provide exceptional guest service and explain resort transportation options.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Job Summary

Job Specifications

• Starting wage: $25.00–$30.29 per hour.
• Employment type: Winter Seasonal 2026/2027.
• Shift type: Part‑time hours available.

Job Responsibilities

• Transport small or large groups of guests while adhering to scheduled routes and accommodating demand requests.
• Drive bus in all conditions.
• Complete pre‑ and post‑trip vehicle inspections.
• Maintain advanced vehicle knowledge, including checking fluids, fueling, and safety systems.
• Provide exceptional guest service and educate guests about resort activities and transportation options.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements
