Okemo Mountain Resort in Ludlow, Vermont, is seeking drivers to join the Transportation Team. This role emphasizes safety and guest service, with CDL training and testing provided—no prior commercial driving experience required.

Qualifications

• Satisfactory driving record.
• Valid driver’s license.
• CDL Class A or B with Passenger endorsement within first 20 days.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport guests on scheduled routes and handle demand requests.
• Ability to drive larger vehicles in various conditions.
• Complete pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections.
• Maintain vehicle systems and fluids; monitor safety equipment.

Job Summary

Job Specifications

• Starting Wage: $25.00/hr - $30.29/hr
• Employment Type: Winter Seasonal 2026/2027
• Shift Type: Full Time and Part Time hours available
• Minimum Age: At least 18 years of age

Job Responsibilities

• Safely transport small or large groups of guests while adhering to scheduled routes and accommodating demand requests
• Ability to drive larger vehicles in all conditions
• Responsible for completing pre and post trip vehicle inspections
• Advanced knowledge of vehicle maintenance, including but not limited to checking fluids, fueling and all safety systems
• Provide exceptional guest service to all guests and equip them with information about the area, activities and transportation in the resort
• Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements

The expected pay range is $25.00/hr - $30.29/hr. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
