Job summary

Vail Resorts in Keystone, Colorado is seeking a Winter Seasonal Transportation Driver to safely transport guests and provide exceptional service on mountain routes. No prior commercial driving experience is required; paid CDL training and testing are provided, with housing availability noted.

Starting wage ranges from $25.00/hr to $30.29/hr, with full-time hours during the winter season and a housing option for teammates. Bring a passion for guest service and mountain operations to our team.

Qualifications

• Satisfactory driving record.
• Valid drivers license.
• CDL Class A or B with Passenger endorsement within the first 20 days of employment.
• Knowledge of 2-way radio use and codes.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport guests while adhering to scheduled routes and accommodating demand requests.
• Drive larger vehicles in all conditions.
• Complete pre and post trip vehicle inspections.
• Maintain knowledge of vehicle maintenance (fluids, fueling, safety systems).
• Provide exceptional guest service and share information about the area and transportation.
• Other duties as assigned.

Job Summary:

Job Responsibilities

• Safely transport small or large groups of guests while adhering to scheduled routes and accommodating demand requests
• Ability to drive larger vehicles in all conditions
• Responsible for completing pre and post trip vehicle inspections
• Advanced knowledge of vehicle maintenance, including but not limited to checking fluids, fueling and all safety systems
• Provide exceptional guest service to all guests and equip them with information about the area, activities and transportation in the resort
• Other duties as assigned

The expected pay range is $25.00/hr – $30.29/hr. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
