Job summary

Vail Resorts in Newbury, NH is seeking part-time Winter Seasonal drivers for our resort Transportation Team. No prior commercial driving experience is required as paid CDL training and testing are provided.

Starting wages range from $25.00 to $30.29 per hour for this role, with opportunities to drive various guest shuttles. Join a team that prioritizes guest service, safety, and reliable transportation during the winter season.

Qualifications

• Satisfactory driving record is required.
• Hold or obtain CDL Class A or B (with Passenger endorsement) within 20 days of start date.
• Knowledge of 2-way radio use and codes is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport guests on scheduled routes and meet demand requests.
• Operate larger vehicles in various conditions.
• Perform pre/post-trip vehicle inspections.
• Perform basic vehicle maintenance checks (fluids, fueling, safety systems).
• Provide excellent guest service and area information.

Job Responsibilities

• Safely transport small or large groups of guests while adhering to scheduled routes and accommodating demand requests.
• Ability to drive larger vehicles in all conditions.
• Responsible for completing pre and post trip vehicle inspections.
• Advanced knowledge of vehicle maintenance, including checking fluids, fueling and safety systems.
• Provide exceptional guest service to all guests and equip them with information about the area, activities and transportation in the resort.
• Other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

• Satisfactory Driving Record.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Hold or be able to obtain a CDL Class A or B (with Passenger endorsement) within first 20 days.
• Knowledgeable in 2‑way radio use and various codes.
