Job summary

AutoNation is seeking an Experienced Sales Associate to help customers select and purchase new or used vehicles. You’ll work within a high-energy team, leveraging a best-in-class CRM and strong lender relationships to close deals and maximize customer satisfaction.

You’ll receive a competitive commission-based pay plan and opportunities to advance into finance, management, and beyond within a nationwide network. Prior automotive sales or customer service experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to provide an exceptional customer experience.
• Drive to set targeted personal income goals aligned with productivity standards.
• Over 1 year automotive sales experience.
• Proven ability to exceed sales and customer service goals.
• Excellent communication, consultative, interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Willingness to follow up, and follow-up again with customers.
• Valid in-state driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Sell new and used vehicles at gross profit, meeting customer satisfaction and volume standards.
• Provide outstanding customer experiences through consultative sales.
• Maintain CRM records and follow up with potential buyers to close deals.
