Job summary

AutoNation is one of the largest automotive retailers in the United States. We are seeking an Experienced Sales Associate to sell new and used vehicles at gross profit, while delivering exceptional customer experiences and meeting volume goals.

You'll have access to a national inventory of over 100,000 vehicles, a best-in-class CRM, and relationships with more than 30 lenders to finance customers. Competitive commission pay and comprehensive benefits await.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to provide an exceptional customer experience.
• Drive to meet personal income goals consistent with productivity standards.
• Over 1 year automotive sales experience.
• Proven ability to exceed sales and customer service goals.
• Excellent communication, consultative and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Sell new and used vehicles at gross profit, customer satisfaction and volume standards.
• Follow up with customers to build relationships and close deals.
• Develop a book of business and grow sales through CRM and financing tools.
• Collaborate with lenders to secure financing options for customers.
