Qualifications

• 1–3 years of automotive sales experience preferred.
• Ability to build trust quickly and guide customers through the buying process.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with upgrading into vehicles from our new Ford lineup and pre-owned inventory.
• Work within our CRM to connect with customers who may need a new or replace current vehicle.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to our existing clients and guide them through a smooth transition into their next vehicle.
• Consistently work toward monthly sales goals through strong customer relationships and effective communication.
