Job summary

Aero, a premium air travel company, seeks an Experience Trainer & Activations Lead based at our OPF terminal to train Experience Specialists and Leads and to uphold lounge and in-flight service standards.

You will mentor teams, lead activations for new routes and menus, and perform line checks to ensure consistency and safety across ground and air operations at OPF and PBI bases. DOT safety-sensitive role with rotating shifts.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience delivering luxury hospitality or guest experience in aviation or premium travel.
• Mentoring and developing team members; training or leadership experience preferred.
• Impeccable attention to detail and a high standard for service consistency.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Proficiency with Google Suite and Slack; capable of administrative tasks.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive inflight and on-ground training for new Experience Specialists and Leads, covering lounge hosting, cabin service, and safety procedures.
• Perform annual line checks for Experience Leads to ensure service consistency and standards.
• Lead training for new service activations, including new routes, menus, and service flows.
• Develop and maintain training materials and service guides with the Experience leadership team.
• Provide ongoing coaching to teammates and support career development.
• Occasionally meet flights at our PBI terminal.
• Serve as cabin host and lounge host to ensure premium guest experience across operations.
