Job summary

Aero seeks an Experience Lead to be the face of our Guests’ journey, delivering an exceptional end-to-end experience in lounges and onboard our aircraft. This role covers on-ground lounge duties and in-flight service for all departures and arrivals at our TEB base, with a focus on personalized, luxury hospitality.

You will welcome guests, coordinate with pilots and crew, ensure safety and service excellence, and respond to guest requests with empathy.

Qualifications

• Experience in luxury hospitality or guest experience environments.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication.
• Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends and holidays; ability to fly.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a cabin host onboard, delivering premium guest experience on all flights at the TEB base
• Serve as a lounge host, greet guests and manage luggage with our check-in system
• Ensure safety and service excellence from lounge arrival through inflight service and disembarkation
• Provide warm, attentive inflight hospitality and streamlined food and beverage service
• Prepare the aircraft cabin prior to departure and assist with post-flight cleanup
