Amex GBT is seeking an experienced Studio Operations Manager to lead a dedicated Experience Studio team serving a single enterprise client. You will own resourcing, quality, and reporting across the full calendar of meetings and events, acting as the daily contact for the client's event leadership and ensuring delivery against the statement of work.

Qualifikationen

• Ten+ years in corporate meetings and events, with at least five years leading a dedicated client team.
• Direct leadership of ten or more planners working inside a client's systems.
• Experience running delivery under a client statement of work including service levels, scope control, staffing changes, and business reviews.

Aufgaben

• Lead the dedicated account team, including managers and a trade show team, with hiring and performance responsibilities.
• Serve as the daily client contact for portfolio performance and risk visibility.
• Own delivery against the statement of work, including service levels and quality.
• Run staffing across the calendar, balancing workloads and peak support.
• Manage governance with monthly reviews and 90-day/6-month reviews with data.
• Own account reporting and cost reporting for client allocations.
• Set quality standards and audit across sourcing, budgets, and onsite delivery.
• Handle escalations and provide resolutions or recommendations.
• Establish onboarding to client systems and clean handoffs between functions.
• Partner with Head of Event Operations on planning and scope management.
