T-Mobile is hiring an Experience Associate Manager to join our new Experience stores, built to elevate the service and sales experience. You will partner with the Experience Store Manager and lead teams to deliver exceptional customer service using new tools and product roadmaps.

You’ll champion a culture that rewards contribution to experience and store results, while guiding training and certification programs to build an experience-obsessed team with strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED (Required).
• Retail: 12+ mos. Neighborhood Retail Associate Manager (Preferred).
• Care: 12+ mos. Associate Coach (Preferred).

Responsibilities

• Sells appropriate products, features, and services based on customer needs.
• Resolves customer pain points in one interaction utilizing in-store systems and digital tools.
• Coach in all directions and provide actionable feedback that improves performance.
• Takes ownership of store performance.
• Lead by example in training completion and staying up to date on product and service knowledge.
