You will lead research strategy, mentor junior researchers and designers, and apply quantitative and qualitative methods to derive insights guiding product design. You will collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams, develop a holistic experience strategy for health and corporate initiatives, and create artifacts like

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in generative and evaluative UX research, with a strong focus on both quantitative and qualitative methods.
• Proven ability to conduct ethnography, surveys, interviews, and advanced data analysis to derive actionable insights for UX design.
• Demonstrated knowledge of advanced qualitative methods, with evidence of implementing findings that improved product or feature design.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including UX designers, product managers, and developers, to inform decision-making and prioritization.
• Experience designing high-quality research studies with an iterative mindset and adapting study parameters to changing product needs.
• Demonstrated experience creating visual research artifacts such as journey maps, personas, and user segments to build empathy and drive decisions.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute comprehensive research studies to identify customer needs, preferences, and behaviors to foster product improvements and innovation.
• Analyze and interpret data using advanced quantitative and qualitative methods and translate insights into actionable recommendations for enhancing user experience.
• Facilitate surveys and interviews with users to gather information on user needs and desires and create user testing scenarios to refine products or features based on findings.
• Monitor industry trends and advancements in UX research methodologies and incorporate innovative techniques to maintain a competitive edge in the market.
• Drive and enhance continuous research activities, such as customer sentiment metrics and application usage analytics.
• Create journey maps, user segments, and personas to illustrate user journeys, needs, and opportunities.
